To post positions, collect resumes and to set up interviews through this system, be sure to request access to the On-Campus Recruiting and the Job Posting services. To review resume books which present resumes of current students at McCombs, request the Resume Book feature. Resume books are organized by program and graduation time frames (targeting either internship or full-time needs). Once your company is registered, a company profile is created and presented to students. The profile service allows you edit your company's profile page. The Careerfair service allows you to register your firm to participate in the career fairs that are coordinated through the Ford Career Center. To set up corporate events in the system, you will need the Information Sessions service. With the Professional Network service you can share your personal profile with students and become a recruiting resource for students.
Third party recruiting firms, unless recruiting students for roles in their organization, should utilize AccessUT.
